Personal Data
- We, Nubes 115 Studio, collect personal data to process purchases and promote our goods and services.
We collect email addresses, names, and occasionally billing and shipping addresses within the Republic of Mexico. We only gather this information when it is entered into a form on our website.
Our legal basis for collecting this information is that it is necessary for us to fulfill orders, provide relevant information, as well as offer promotions to our customers and subscribers via email. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time by either: a) clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email they receive from us, or b) requesting to be removed from our system by contacting baja@nubes115.com.
These data will be shared with Mailchimp, our email marketing platform and data processor. We use Mailchimp to store contact information and manage our marketing campaigns.
These data will be kept as long as necessary. If the individual requests the deletion of their data, we will comply. If we notice that the person is no longer opening our emails, we will remove them from our systems within 6 months. All contact data of individuals who have unsubscribed will be removed within 1 month.
